ICDS was founded in November 2002 and commenced
its operation in 2003 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. ICDS is Malaysia’s first
IC design house providing a comprehensive IC Solution and partners with
Malaysia’s first state-of-art 200 mm wafer foundry, 1st
Silicon (M) Sdn Bhd. We were located in Kuching’s high-tech development area
known as Sama Jaya Free Industrial Zone, but have relocated to the Jalan Song
Commercial Centre.
ICDS provides IC design services and offers a wide portfolio of silicon proven
Intellectual Properties (IPs). Our one-stop operational support that includes
fabrication, packaging and test, product engineering and yield management
enables customers to move from an initial concept to delivery of packaged,
tested chips in shortest time.
ICDS is exploiting the trend toward strategic outsourcing in the semiconductor
industry. ICDS supports companies of all sizes, especially those companies who
can't always access the full range of support and services of large suppliers.
